Getting Access

Access to the Ranch Operations Manager is managed by the Food and Water Wellness Foundation (FWWF). To get an account, please contact FWWF

Once You Receive The Invite Email

You will receive an email with a temporary password, once FWWF creates an account for you. Once you receive this email:

  1. Go to https://fwwf.alces-flow.com
  2. Enter your email (as the username) and the temporary password that was emailed to you
  3. Follow the prompts to set your new password

Password Requirements

Passwords must

  • Be at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include a number
  • Include a special character (like !, @, #, etc.)

Installation of Mobile App

Follow the appropriate instructions based on your device.

Note: Ensure you are using the account associated with your mobile device's app store (Apple ID for iOS or Google Account for Android) to complete the installation process.

iOS Installation

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Search for "RanchOps Prod" or visit App Store
  3. Tap "Install" to download the application

Android Installation

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search for "RanchOps Prod" or visit Google Play Store
  3. Tap "Install" to download the application

Before Using the Mobile App

  • You must have an existing account on https://fwwf.alces-flow.com
  • A ranch must be set up with at least one active season
  • You need internet connectivity to initialize your data

Launch the App

  1. Find the "RanchOps Prod" app on your home screen or in the app drawer
  2. Tap to launch
  3. Proceed to the Sign-In section below

Signing In

First-Time Sign-In

  1. Launch the app
  2. Enter your credentials you have set up for the :
  3. Username: Your email address
  4. Password: Your account password
  5. Tap “Sign In”

Multi-factor Authentication

If this is your first login from the mobile app, you may be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication. You can skip this step by tapping “Skip”
